Also known as Vitamin B2, Riboflavin is an important dietary supplement and is available in a variety of foods. Riboflavin stimulates the metabolism and helps in the digestion and absorption of fats, carbohydrates and proteins. Milk, soybeans, most leafy green vegetables, cheese, fish, meat, and nuts like almonds are among items which contain natural Riboflavin.
