It has been proven in a recent study recently that eggs are good for lowering your cholesterol. A medical doctor had his cholesterol level read and then went on to consume 4 eggs a day for 2 weeks. When he had his cholesterol level done it was so low it didn't even register a number. Apparently eggs have a good cholesterol that fights the bad cholesterol. Just thought you might like to know. :-)
