Talk:Methane
From CopperWiki
I read on the US Environment Protection Agency site that Methane is over 20 times more effective in trapping heat in the atmosphere than carbon dioxide (CO2) over a 100-year period. It is interesting that the one gas that contributes to global warming may also be the green fuel of the future...actually come to think of it, it probably makes sense to work o developing methane as a fuel because we'd kill two birds with one stone -- get fuel and remove a greenhouse gas from the atmosphere.
