Also known as vitamin B3 or nicotinic acid, Niacin is a water soluble vitamin. Meats, wheat germ, dairy products, and yeast are common consumption Niacin products. A balanced diet of such products gives people sufficient supply of this vitamin. Women require around 14 milligrams of niacin each day, and men need slightly more, 16 milligrams
