For those who want to know if belly dancing leads to flat stomach, the answer is , yes, it does tone the abdominal muscles. Experts say that when belly dancing is done for a half hour or more each and every day, and combined with a change in eating habits, it shrinks fat cells throughout the body, including those in the abdomen. This can obviously make the stomach area flatter than it used to be.
